Position Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Admin Support Agent to assist our Sales and CX teams with routine administrative and data entry tasks. This role is focused on accuracy, clear communication, and completing assigned tasks on time. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and basic systems, and confident asking questions whenever clarification is needed.
Responsibilities:
- Enter and update data in spreadsheets, CRM systems, and internal tools
- Support the Sales team with routine administrative tasks and documentation
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and confirming status updates
- Monitor and respond to inbound emails related to wholesale or partner accounts
- Maintain accurate records for accounts, pricing, product information, and inventory data
- Prepare simple reports or summaries when requested
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed accurately
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to provide clear, empathetic responses to customers
Education and Experience:
- Call center/BPO experience.
