Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Santo Domingo for a Sommelier / Camarero. The professional in this role will provide expert wine knowledge and recommendations to guests, manage food and wine pairing suggestions, and assist with wine sales. Key responsibilities include maintaining the wine inventory, delivering excellent customer service, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to create an exceptional dining experience.
Qualifications
Expertise in Wine Pairing and experience with Sommelier responsibilities
Proven skills in Wine Sales and understanding of wine inventory management
Experience in Food & Beverage service and collaboration within a restaurant setting
Strong Communication skills for effective guest interaction and team collaboration
A certification in sommelier training is preferred but not required
