该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION SUMMARY: (Summary description of the primary duties and objectives) The Program Manager is accountable for leading development activities associated with product lifecycle management after start of production (maintenance). Managing a portfolio of project activities including quality issues, agency updates, production issues, minor product changes, alternate component qualification, etc. POSITION PROFILE (Major duties, accountabilities, and responsibilities)
- Communicate and coordinate within all functions of the organization, as well as with key suppliers, vendors and sometimes customers. Must be able to successfully influence internal and external contacts regarding highly complex and sensitive topics.
- Own and lead multiple-projects. The Program Manager will use informal leadership to drive cross-functional teams for program success. Programs managed will mostly be product-oriented, but could include process and people initiatives that are highly visible and strategic. Projects likely will involve global resources. Effectively coordinate internal and external (supplier) resources locally and globally achieve project targets.
- Facilitates and leads the scoping of new project activities including technical requirements, resource needs, and launch timing targets.
- Creates and maintains project schedules, tracking progress toward objectives and resource levels compared to what was planned.
- Advocates on behalf of the project to creatively solve problems affecting project delivery.
- Guards against changes that may affect the project budget or timing, scoping the impact of any necessary changes and presents change orders to leadership for decision.
- Ensure that program team members and other support functions own and follow BISSELL's Global Development process.
- Accountable for the capture of knowledge/lessons learned associated with these new projects for future reference. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: (i.e. degree, years of experience, etc.)
- Degree minimum: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics engineering or other technical field.
- Specific concentration: Engineering and/or Technical degree/background preferred.
- Experience level: Minimum of 10-12 years with extensive Project Management experience, inclusive of details noted above in the Position Profile. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: (i.e. MBA, certifications, etc.)
- MS in Engineering, Manufacturing, or Supply Chain,
- MBA
- PMP certification.
- Preference towards three to five years in several of the following areas. Engineering, Project Management, Marketing, Manufacturing, Information Technology.
- Experience leading Information Technology or Internet of Things relate projects.
- Experience building productive relationships with key business partners. SPECIALIZED TRAINING OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to manage cross-functional product development teams.
- Demonstrated ability to move from a broad business strategy to hands on project leadership. Must be able to work with all levels and all regions within the organization.
- Demonstrated ability to direct others in developing sound and creative solutions to complex problems in a timely basis.
- Ability to organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks, using thorough analysis, effective delegation, sound judgment and timely decision making.
- Positive attitude and the ability to build good working relationships with others, both internal and externally.

- Experience working and communicating in a global environment with an appreciation of how things get done in other parts of the world. Knowledge of varying cultures and societies and the implications language, actions and behaviors can have.
- Experience with extended travel and working in different time zones are important aspects of this position. 该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责: 参与新建设厂房的四段设计、施工;负责交付厂房的日常运行维护、升级改造等工作。 1、空调及冻水系统系统、通风系统及排烟系统运行管理与维护维修; 2、厂房工程项目施工跟进、厂房资产管理; 3、厂房真空、压缩等动力设施运行稳定性提升; 4、厂房内部暖通需求供给系统的设计、改造; 5、对设计方案和图纸进行技术评审; 6、厂房内施工承包商的安全、质量、进度的控制; 7、对厂房系统风险识别及故障进行原因分析并制定解决方案; 8、负责电房、发电机房的运行、维护及保养监督工作。 任职资格: 1、本科及以上学历,建筑环境及设备工程管理相关专业; 2、五年以上同岗位工作经验,拥有丰富的厂房设施运行维护经验、工程管理经验; 3、熟悉厂房系统节能方向分析并制定解决方案, 熟悉ISO5001能源管理体系; 4、具备机电物业管理经验,熟悉电梯、固话系统、广播音响系统运行管理与维护; 5、团队协作意识强、学习能力、责任心、执行力强。
