About The Role
As a
Media & Digital Sr. Specialist
you'll be responsible for owning, developing, and executing a comprehensive, end-to-end media strategy for assigned brands. You'll create a cohesive omnichannel plan that connects with shoppers and consumers in engaging and relevant ways, and also you'll lead the implementation of best-in-class media planning, buying, and optimization across all digital and traditional channels to build brand equity and achieve short and long-term business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Architect and deploy fully integrated omnichannel campaigns across all touchpoints, including Traditional (TV, Radio, OOH), Digital (Programmatic, Social Media, Influencers), Search (SEO/SEM), CRM, and Retail Media.
  • Lead the annual budgeting process for assigned brands, ensuring alignment with overall brand and business goals.
  • Collaborate with Brand Managers to oversee the brand's content strategy, ensuring messaging is cohesive and optimized for each channel to drive consumer engagement and conversion.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) across all channels, leveraging global measurement frameworks and data-driven insights to continuously optimize campaign performance and driving significant ROI improvements.
  • Lead the development of assigned IBE Pillar for the region → Content, Social Media e Influencers by helping to build and lead comprehensive strategies designed to drive business growth and enhance brand equity.

Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in integrated media planning and marketing, with omnichannel expertise across both digital and traditional channels.
  • Advanced English level
  • Proven track record of managing multi-channel campaign budgets and optimizing for performance.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing brand and channel strategy, with a proven ability to execute personalization at scale.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills combined with high attention to detail.
  • Proactive communicator with strong interpersonal skills to manage internal and external relationships effectively.
