Site Director

Site: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic

Reporting to: Chief Operations Officer

As the Site Director for the Dominican Republic, you are responsible for overseeing the successful delivery and administration of operations at site level. You will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer and serve as the senior leader responsible for managing the Operations, Training & Quality, and Facilities teams. You will also coordinate with all other support departments that contribute to the smooth running of Acquire Intelligence in the Dominican Republic.

You will lead by modeling strong leadership behaviors, creating alignment with company strategy, and fostering a culture of performance, engagement, and accountability. You will also ensure full compliance with labor laws, security protocols, data privacy regulations, and internal policies.

As Site Director you are responsible in ensuring that all employment and personal information of employees are kept and handled in accordance with existing company policies on Information Security and Data Privacy.

• Lead site-level strategy execution and ensure alignment with Acquire Intelligence's global vision.
• Oversee the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring smooth operations across all departments.
• Develop and execute the site's strategic and operational plans.
• Represent the company legally and administratively in the Dominican Republic.
• Provide direction and oversight for the Operations, Learning and Development, Quality Assurance and Facilities as well as to all other departments who support the country's operations.
• Promote a high-performance culture through leadership, coaching, and accountability.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate leadership in relation to DR site operations.
• Ensure all operational processes align with compliance, information security, and industry standards.
• Facilitate collaboration between operations and support departments to drive efficiency and employee experience.
• Manage budget, resources, and staff allocation efficiently to achieve business goals.
• Chair leadership meetings and maintain open communication with key stakeholders.
• Support succession planning and talent development within the site.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO or shared services environment, in a leadership function within related technical/functional work area.
• Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage cross-functional operations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build up quickly trusted relationship with Management members, clients and employees.
• Ability to focus on both operational and tactical aspects of the business
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, strategic thinker with a hands-on leadership approach.
• Assertive communicator and convey concepts and information in a clear, honest, structured and diplomatic manner
