We are seeking a highly skilled and forward-thinking Multimedia Editor to join our creative team. This is not a traditional post-production role; we are looking for a creative partner who integrates emerging AI technologies with high-end editorial techniques. The ideal candidate is a technical expert with a strong narrative "voice," a confident on-camera presence, and the professional maturity to provide critical feedback on creative direction.

Key Responsibilities

  • High-End Video Production: Execute end-to-end video editing, including color grading, sound design, and advanced motion graphics.
  • AI Implementation: Leverage generative AI video tools (e.g., Runway, Luma, Kling, or similar) to enhance storytelling, generate b-roll, and streamline production workflows.
  • Creative Problem Solving: Develop sophisticated transitions and visual effects that serve the narrative and improve viewer retention.
  • Creative Consultation: Actively participate in pre-production and strategy meetings. We value professionals who provide constructive pushback and offer data-driven or artistic alternatives to initial concepts.

Required Qualifications

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of the Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects) or DaVinci Resolve.
  • Generative AI Portfolio: A proven track record of using AI tools to produce high-quality, professional-grade visual assets.
  • Narrative Excellence: A deep understanding of pacing, rhythm, and the psychological impact of various transition styles.
  • Communication Skills: Confident verbal communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally on camera.
  • Strategic Thinking: The ability to work independently and the courage to challenge creative briefs when they do not align with the project's goals
