We are seeking a Remote Trip Designer to help clients explore trip possibilities and organize travel plans from start to finish. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys creativity, planning, and offering helpful guidance in a relaxed remote setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discuss travel needs and preferences with clients

  • Assist in developing customized itinerary ideas

  • Help coordinate bookings for lodging, transportation, and tours

  • Communicate updates and respond to client questions

  • Connect with travel partners when needed for arrangements

  • Prepare itinerary details and confirmations

  • Review travel plans to ensure accuracy

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and listening skills

  • Organized and attentive to details

  • Comfortable using online tools

  • Able to work independently

  • Interest in travel planning and customer interaction

  • Experience in hospitality or planning is a plus, not required

  • Multilingual abilities optional
