Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Bilingual French-English Dispatcher located in Santo Domingo Este. The Dispatcher will coordinate and manage communication between clients, technicians, and internal teams. Day-to-day tasks include organizing schedules, managing requests, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring timely responses to client inquiries. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, resolving operational issues, and ensuring adherence to service agreements and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively coordinate schedules and oversee operations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to manage and resolve service-related issues efficiently
- Technological proficiency, especially with dispatch management systems, communication tools, and basic IT platforms
- Excellent interpersonal skills to foster cooperation between clients, teams, and technicians
- Previous experience in dispatching, operations management, or logistics is advantageous
- Flexibility to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site work environment and work collaboratively
