国际渠道销售经理Channel Sales Manager

1、经销商销售业务管理与支持:负责依据对于市场、客户的理解,指导、支持经销商开展销售及客户关系维护业务,与主机厂的沟通协调;负责经销商销售部分目标制定,以及最终目标达成(不参与直销业务)。
2、协同、指导经销商落地区域内作战组织制定的市场、销售策略。
3、渠道开发:负责依据渠道战略及渠道规划完成区域内经销商的开发。
4、经销商销售业务运营监控与指导:负责深入掌握经销商销售人员配备、资质,销售工作过程开展,定期组织经销商对于销售业务进行复盘、汇总与调整,配合高级渠道管理经理完成经销商画像、评级等业务。
5、合规与风控:监察经销商经营合规性,识别高风险经销商并制定整改方案。
6、经销商全生命周期管理:协助高级渠道管理经销商开展经销商准入、续约、退出工作等工作。
7、会讲西语。
Dealer Sales Management and Support: Responsible for guiding and supporting dealers in executing sales and customer relationship management activities based on an understanding of the market and customers, as well as coordinating communication with the OEM. Responsible for setting dealer sales targets and ensuring final target achievement (not involved in direct sales).
Strategy Execution Support: Collaborate with and guide dealers in implementing the market and sales strategies formulated by the operating organization in the region.
Channel Development: Responsible for developing dealers within the region according to channel strategy and channel planning.
Dealer Sales Operations Monitoring and Guidance: Responsible for thoroughly understanding dealers' sales personnel allocation and qualifications, monitoring their sales processes, and regularly organizing reviews, summaries, and adjustments of sales activities. Support the senior channel management manager in dealer profiling, rating, and related tasks.
Compliance and Risk Control: Monitor dealer compliance, identify high-risk dealers, and formulate corrective actions.
Dealer Lifecycle Management: Assist the senior channel management manager in dealer admission, renewal, and exit processes.
