We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare IT Technician to maintain and support our IT infrastructure in a healthcare setting. The ideal candidate will ensure all systems run smoothly, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage electronic health records (EHR) while adhering to healthcare regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Support IT infrastructure and troubleshoot issues.
  • Manage EHR systems and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Provide training on new technologies.
  • Monitor system performance and security.
  • Install and configure hardware and software.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to address IT needs.
  • Conduct backups, updates, and audits of IT systems.
  • Support telehealth and remote monitoring systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of IT support experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Understanding of healthcare IT systems and regulations.
  • Experience with EHR systems and data backup/recovery.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of network management and IT security best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., HIPAA) is a plus.
  • Certifications like CompTIA A+ or Network+ are advantageous.
  • Hours: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM WFH
