Position: Bilingual Training & Development Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bilingual Training & Development Coordinator
to lead our onboarding and professional growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
sales training, financial advisory, and call center operations
, with proven ability to design and deliver impactful learning programs that enhance performance and drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute comprehensive
    onboarding and induction programs
    for new hires.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate
    training programs focused on sales, financial advisory, negotiation, and customer service skills
    .
  • Develop engaging learning materials and e-learning content tailored to departmental needs.
  • Assess training effectiveness through
    KPIs, performance metrics, and feedback mechanisms
    .
  • Partner with department leaders to identify development needs and create individualized growth plans.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional excellence across all teams.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Bilingual fluency (English and Spanish) – required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience
    in corporate training, preferably within
    sales, call center, or financial service environments
    .
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both in-person and virtual.
  • Proficiency in training tools and presentation platforms (PowerPoint, Canva, LMS, etc.).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align training goals to business objectives.
