We're looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Back-Office Representative specializing in Medical Office Support. In this role, you will work closely with healthcare providers and insurance companies to manage referrals, verify patient benefits, and request authorizations, ensuring patients get timely access to the care they need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments promptly and efficiently.
  • Respond to patient inquiries with professionalism, providing clear and accurate information about clinic services and procedures.
  • Verify and update patient information to ensure accuracy within the clinic system.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude toward patients and team members.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written
    communication skills in English
    (B2 level or higher
    required
    ).
  • Proficient in computer applications.
  • High school diploma or equivalent education required.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is plus.
  • Previous call center experience is a plus.

  • Office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. –
