We are seeking a skilled Application Engineer with experience in pump system analysis, selection, and technical documentation to join our growing team. You will play a key role in identifying pumping system issues, selecting appropriate pump solutions, and supporting both sales and engineering teams. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, technical accuracy, and revenue growth

Support sales and engineering teams in Canada and Mexico with technical experti

- ns.Identify system problems and assist in pump selection manually and through specialized softwa
- re.Provide timely feedback to sales regarding applications, opportunities, and technical insigh
- ts.Guide Sales Engineers on proper data collection and system diagnosti
- cs.Maintain accurate records of opportunities and customer interactions using CRM too
- ls.Create technical drawings, pump curves, and documentation using SolidWorks or similar 3D softwa
- re.Review and validate company technical literature for accura
- cy.Assist with preparing quotes and supporting trade show setup and teardo
- wn.Support inventory counts and organization as need
- ed.Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics standar

Must-Have Qualificati**

Proven track record of success in application engineering related to pumping sys
- tems.Strong proficiency with pump selection software, SolidWorks or other CAD tools, and Microsoft Office applicat

- orce.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish (moderate to strong English proficie
- ncy).Professional presentation and public speaking skills in Spa
- nish.Ability to read and interpret pump curves, technical data sheets, and system documenta
- tion.Valid driver's license and passport (or eligibility to obtain
- one).Ability to travel up to 25% per month to customer locat
