Mechanical Technician – Automotive

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Technician – Automotive with hands-on riveting and adhesive bonding experience, especially on aluminum body structures.
Salary:
USD2500/PhP150,000 + board/lodging + benefits
Work Schedule:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

This role is for technicians who can work immediately on structural repairs—we do NOT do training.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
- Vocational training or certification in Automotive Servicing (Engine Repair / NC II preferred).
- Proven hands-on experience in riveting & adhesive bonding repairs
- Experience in structural / collision repair (aluminum panels, reinforcements, body structure)
- Familiar with OEM repair standards (premium or multibrand bodyshop experience accepted)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Willing to undergo technical interview and skills validation
Preferred (Strong Advantage):
- Experience in luxury or European vehicles (Porsche, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, etc.)
- Worked in certified or high-standard bodyshops
- Experience using OEM-approved tools and adhesives
