Sourcing Specialist (BPO)(Bilingual C1/C2)

Location: Dominican Republic
Department: Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
Languages Required: Bilingual EnglishSpanish

Role Purpose

The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing talent attraction strategies through digital campaigns, targeted content, and employer branding initiatives.
This role ensures a consistent pipeline of qualified candidates aligned with business needs, working closely with Recruiting and Marketing teams to strengthen the companys presence as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities 1. Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing

  • Execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top employer in the Dominican Republic.

  • Develop and manage multi-channel digital campaigns (social media, blogs, landing pages, paid ads) aimed at diverse talent pools.

  • Craft compelling messaging for various audiences: entry-level, bilingual, technical, and professional roles.

2. Digital Content & Campaign Execution

  • Lead the planning, creation, and scheduling of recruitment-focused content to increase brand awareness and candidate engagement.

  • Build and maintain dashboards to track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, CTR, and conversion rates.

  • Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities for optimization in performance marketing.

3. Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Teams

  • Partner directly with sourcing and recruiting teams to align campaigns with hiring priorities and workforce demand.

  • Adjust messaging, audience segmentation, and strategies according to real-time talent needs.

  • Support referral programs, job fairs, hiring events, and other talent-attraction initiatives.

4. Candidate Pipeline Management

  • Execute tactics to grow and improve the quality of the candidate pipeline across priority roles.

  • Use ATS/CRM tools to track candidates, evaluate sourcing channels, and guide future campaign strategies.

  • Ensure a smooth and consistent candidate experience through clear, professional communication.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency: English & Spanish.

  • Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and talent acquisition campaigns.

  • Understanding of recruitment funnels, sourcing strategies, and performance metrics.

  • Creativity, teamwork, and ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
