Digital Strategy Specialist
to join our marketing team. This is a unique role designed for a creative professional who not only has a sharp eye for visual storytelling but also understands how to drive engagement and visibility in the healthcare space.
You will be responsible for creating high-impact visual content, managing our professional social media presence (with a heavy focus on LinkedIn), and optimizing our digital footprint through SEO best practices. The ideal candidate can translate complex medical or healthcare concepts into approachable, brand-consistent visuals and copy.
Key Responsibilities
Visual Design & Content Creation
- Design high-quality graphics for social media, website banners, email campaigns, and marketing collateral (e-books, whitepapers, and pitch decks).
- Create engaging video snippets or motion graphics to explain healthcare services or patient success stories.
- Ensure all designs comply with healthcare branding guidelines and accessibility standards.
Social Media Management
- Own the strategy and execution of our LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and Facebook accounts.
- Develop a monthly content calendar that positions our company as a thought leader in the healthcare industry.
- Monitor social media trends and engage with our community to foster professional relationships and brand loyalty.
SEO & Digital Growth
- Optimize website content and blog posts using targeted keywords to improve organic search rankings.
- Perform basic on-page SEO tasks (meta descriptions, alt-text for images, header tags).
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure all digital assets are "search-friendly" while maintaining a high standard of patient-centric communication.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–4 years of experience in graphic design and social media management (Healthcare or MedTech experience is a major plus).
- Design Tools: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and/or Canva.
- Social Media Savvy: Proven track record of growing professional LinkedIn accounts and managing B2B/B2C social strategies.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs, and a solid understanding of keyword research.
- Communication: Ability to write professional, concise copy for social media and web.
- Compliance Awareness: A basic understanding of HIPAA guidelines regarding patient privacy in digital marketing is preferred.
