Objetivo:Brindar soporte directo a las operaciones de manufactura, asegurando la continuidad de los procesos, cumplimiento de estándares de calidad y asistencia en la ejecución de mejoras técnicas en un entorno regulado.Responsabilidades:Dar soporte en la identificación y resolución de problemas que afecten la eficiencia de los procesos productivos.Participar en la ejecución de pruebas, protocolos de validación y muestreos en piso.Asegurar el cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos, estándares de calidad y normativas regulatorias.Monitorear y registrar datos de procesos para análisis y seguimiento.Apoyar la implementación y seguimiento de mejoras en procesos existentes.Colaborar con los equipos de ingeniería, calidad y producción para asegurar un flujo de trabajo eficiente.Documentar adecuadamente las actividades realizadas, conforme a los requisitos regulatorios y de calidad.Requisitos:Técnico o estudiante universitario en Ingeniería Industrial, Biomédica, Electrónica, Electromecánica o carreras afines.Mínimo 1 año de experiencia en ambiente de manufactura, preferiblemente en industrias reguladas.Inglés intermedio (preferiblemente con capacidad de lectura técnica y comunicación básica).Experiencia en validaciones, ejecución de protocolos y/o muestreos, preferible.Trabajo en equipo, proactividad y orientación a soluciones.Disponibilidad de traslado a Haina.
