Access-Salud is a business process outsourcing company specialized in virtual assistance for companies in the health area. We manage the tasks that demand time, money, and personnel from medical practices on their behalf so they can focus those resources on their actual craft.

We are currently looking for a professional in Medicine, Nursing, Bioanalysis, or Nutrition to perform administrative tasks in the health area at our Santo Domingo offices
(ON-SITE).

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate by phone with patients to inform them of their medical test results.
  • Monitor critical results.
  • Ensure that medical orders are managed.
  • Process authorization letters with health insurance companies.
  • Other activities related to the position.

Education:

  • University degree in: Medicine, Nursing, Bioanalysis, or Nutrition.

Experience and Knowledge:

  • Ease of handling platforms.
  • Advanced conversational English.
