Job Purpose:

Verify the process and functionality of the mold basic injection process.

Responsibilities:

  • Allocate manpower based on mold making and repair status.
  • Track and optimize spare parts processing based on Bill of Material (BOM).
  • Conduct troubleshooting in the mold manufacturing process to ensure smooth production.
  • Train, guide and coach team to build correct understanding and concept of fabrication method and process flow.
  • Comply with 7S standard to keep a safe work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor in Industrial Engineering or related.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working making and design high precision spare parts in a Tool Room, Managing TPM in Injection Molds, RJG certification.
  • Manufacturing high precision parts, Mould Making ;TPM, Plastics Knowledge RJG
  • Proficiency in English
  • Ms office software package
  • TPM, MTTR, MTBF, RTF, Trigonometry, Drawings read, Drawing Symbols red, 3D Drawing trough master cam, Unix, as well as 2D drawing, cutting steel speed, managing of grinding CNC, EDM and WEDM, knowledge in measurement process and measurement equipment manage, planning job through prioritization, steel material requirement, know setting machines for special jobs, NX full command, Mastercam full command.
  • Problem Solving tools.
