Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Information Technology Manager located in Santo Domingo. The Senior Information Technology Manager will oversee and lead IT operations, manage the IT team, and implement new technology solutions to meet organizational needs. Daily responsibilities include budget preparation and management, IT infrastructure management, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring information security protocols are up to date. The role includes strategic planning to align IT initiatives with business objectives and collaborating with other departments to meet goals effectively.

Qualifications

  • Experience with IT Operations Management, IT Infrastructure, and Systems Management
  • Proficiency in Cybersecurity, Network Administration, and Disaster Recovery Planning
  • Skills in Project Management, Stakeholder Communication, and Problem-Solving
  • Familiarity with Cloud Technologies, Software Implementation, and IT Compliance Standards
  • Proven leadership and decision-making abilities to manage teams effectively
  • Excellent technical, analytical, and troubleshooting expertise
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus
  • Previous experience in a managerial IT role with a demonstrated track record of success and innovation
