Role Description
The Filmmaker / Multimedia Content Creator role is responsible for overseeing the planning, production, and editing of photo/video related projects for numerous clients as well as corporate / executive projects for Teleperformance. They will work closely with other creative specialists to develop creative concepts that drive results, both collaboratively and independently, to complete the various tasks necessary to deliver final photo/video content for Marketing / Corporate communication projects and initiatives, campaign development & production.
Responsibilities
• Generate original ideas with strong narratives to tell compelling and engaging stories.
• Ability to plan and oversee all aspects of film production.
• Skill in working with talents, crew members, and other stakeholders.
• Precision in capturing and editing footage to ensure high-quality results.
• Understanding of film industry trends, distribution channels, and audience preferences.
• Collaborate with creative team, and other team members to create photo/video content that effectively drives results.
• Participate in developing creative strategy, brainstorming, and storyboarding for photo/video projects.
• Oversee planning and necessary communications to prepare for gathering footage.
• Conduct both on-site and off-site photo/video shoots.
• Edit and animate social ads for various media platforms.
• Provide creative direction on motion graphics, typography, and other dynamic elements to produce a high quality, engaging final product.
• Assist in troubleshooting and providing technical support for photo/video related inquiries.
• Oversee equipment upkeep and appropriate use of internal photo/video equipment.
• Ensure that all graphic elements and marketing materials produced are in alignment with the Teleperformance brand guidelines.
• Ensure internal clients, employee and corporate client satisfaction by delivering quality visual communication solutions in a timely manner.
Mandatory Skills
• Proficient English, both oral and written.
• Highly proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Proficient in motion animations and incorporating graphics and text into video edits
• Knowledgeable in design criteria, trends and best practices in digital media
• Proficiency across the digital platforms' spectrum, understanding of constraints, specifications and deliverables for all marketing materials
• Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite: Illustrator / Photoshop (must)
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Creative and analytical thinking
• Proficiency with photo editing software and professional camera equipment
• Capable of bridging marketing strategies with creative strategies using video advertising
• Capable of receiving creative direction and handling criticism related to work
• Capable of managing projects from start to finish, overseeing project timelines and deadlines, and handling client communications related to video projects.
• Intermediate usage of MS Office standard tools (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power point) (preferred).
Work Experience
• Proven photo and video editing, motion graphics and animated content creation experience (At least 1 year).
• Application MUST include CV and portfolio with previous projects of your authorship (photo & video).
