Role Description

We are seeking a Logistics Specialist for a full-time, on-site position located in Santo Domingo. The primary responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, overseeing export processes, coordinating with stakeholders for efficient delivery, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role requires meticulous attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to analyze data to improve logistical processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client interactions and cultivate positive relationships.
  • Proficiency in Supply Chain Management, including inventory oversight and shipping coordination.
  • Analytical Skills to evaluate and optimize logistical workflows and ensure efficiency.
  • Experience with Export procedures and regulations, ensuring compliance with international standards.
  • Proficient in relevant software and tools for supply chain and logistics management.
  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
