Job Description

We are a call center named Hired Experts located on Ave. Tiradentes seeking a proactive and motivated Data Analyst to join our team.

Main Responsibilities

  • Understand daily business challenges that can be solved with data.
  • Collect and analyze data related to business issues.
  • Create clear charts and reports that are easy to understand.
  • Conduct regular and special data analysis for different departments.
  • Provide insights to help improve business decisions.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Data Analysis required.
  • Advanced knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
  • Intermediate English level. (Orally and written)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to explain complex data in simple terms.
