We're expanding our global team and looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist based in Latin America to help shape the online voice of innovative brands across North America.

What You'll Do

As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you'll work directly with our Social Media Marketing Manager, content creators, and strategists to build and manage standout campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.

Your core responsibilities will include:

Strategy & Planning

  • Collaborate on custom social media strategies tailored to client goals

  • Align campaigns with brand voice, audience interests, and industry trends

Content Creation & Scheduling

  • Write clear, engaging captions and calls to action in fluent, professional English

  • Source, curate, and schedule content using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator

  • Ensure consistency in tone, branding, and visual appeal across platforms

Community Engagement

  • Manage daily interactions with followers across multiple client accounts

  • Respond to messages, comments, and inquiries in a timely, friendly, and brand-appropriate manner

Analytics & Optimization

  • Monitor performance using tools like Sprout Social, Cloud Campaign, or Hootsuite

  • Report on KPIs like engagement, click-throughs, and conversions

  • Use data (and AI tools) to refine strategies, identify trends, and boost ROI

What We're Looking For

Must-Haves:

  • 0–2 years of experience in social media marketing, graphic design, or content creation

  • Fluent written and verbal English skills

  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability

  • Proficiency with Canva and basic Photoshop (or similar design software)

  • Reliable time management and task organization

  • A proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience managing multiple social media accounts or clients

  • Familiarity with scheduling tools like Cloud Campaign, Hootsuite, or Sprout Social

  • Understanding of audience targeting, brand strategy, and social media KPIs

What Success Looks Like

You'll be measured on your ability to:

  • Grow social media audiences and engagement rates

  • Increase click-throughs and conversions from social posts

  • Support brand sentiment through community management

  • Execute content on time with high attention to detail

  • Help innovate and improve social strategy with fresh ideas and trend awareness

Role Details

  • Location: Remote (LATAM-based only)

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, aligned with U.S. Eastern Time (with some flexibility)

  • Team: Social Media, Content, and Design

  • Reports to: Social Media Marketing Manager

  • Contract Type: Full-time contractor (via Deel)
