We are seeking a
Commercial Director
to lead and shape the commercial strategy across
Panama, Bolivia, Dominican Republic and the Caribbean Islands
. This is a high-impact regional leadership role designed for a senior executive capable of driving strategic transformation, sustainable growth, and operational excellence in diverse market environments.

This position requires a commercially astute leader with strong strategic vision, capable of integrating market intelligence, customer insight, and organizational priorities into a cohesive regional growth platform.

Strategic Leadership Responsibilities


• Define and execute a long-term regional commercial strategy aligned with corporate objectives


• Drive sustainable revenue growth through strategic planning and disciplined execution


• Lead and inspire multi-country commercial teams toward high performance


• Integrate data, customer insights, and market intelligence into actionable strategies


• Identify expansion opportunities and competitive positioning advantages


• Develop strong executive-level relationships with key stakeholders


• Manage pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and performance governance


• Adapt strategies to economic, political, and regulatory realities in each territory


• Simplify complex challenges into executable commercial actions

Executive Profile

We are looking for a strategic leader who can transform complexity into clarity, vision into execution, and markets into measurable growth.


• 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience in regional or multi-market roles


• Demonstrated ability to design and implement strategic growth initiatives


• Strong analytical and decision-making capability


• Experience leading multicultural, geographically dispersed teams


• Proven executive presence and stakeholder management skills


• Action-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving capability


• Fluency in Spanish and English required


• Availability to travel frequently across the region
