SPI by Jostens is a leading provider of technology solutions for the education market. We are seeking a highly motivated HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition to join our team. As an HR Business Partner - Talent Acquisition, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, developing and implementing training programs for new employees, and providing support in audits of internal and external standards and certifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the operative and administrative process of recruitment, selection, and induction process for all new employees.
- Coordinate and manage all training and integration activities provided to company personnel both in the operational phase and in registration and control.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration or Career.
- At least 3 years of experience in related positions.
- Experience in technical recruitment (IT roles).
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Human Talent Management.
- Diploma in Psychometry.
- Advanced Excel skills.
