We are seeking a motivated professional to work with our US-based car insurance company. As an automotive insurance claims professional, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims filed by customers and ensuring they receive high-quality customer service and professionalism.
About the RoleThe role involves documenting all facts regarding claims, reviewing methods of inspection with customers, and identifying potential red flags. You will also maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism, performing other related duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications- No prior insurance experience is required.
- C1 or better English written and spoken skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You will receive comprehensive training on the car insurance industry and how to process insurance claims. This includes a combination of activities designed to give you a full understanding of the claims department and how it interacts with other areas of the organization.
