Job Title: Real Estate Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team at Torre. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound leads, conducting outbound calls, and maintaining strong relationships with potential sellers.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound leads and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct thorough market research and run comparative market analysis (comps) to determine property values.
  • Deliver Maximum Allowable Offer (MAO) calculations to potential sellers based on comprehensive analysis.
  • Contract Management using DocuSign.
Requirements:
  • English - Fully fluent.
  • Spanish - Fully fluent.
  • Beginner in lead management, outbound calls, and real estate sales.
