As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment through effective maintenance strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering and possess strong leadership, problem-solving, and technical management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise repair work for office furniture, equipment, and infrastructure to minimize downtime and optimize resource utilization.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to extend the lifespan of office assets and ensure their optimal performance.
• Schedule routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure smooth operations.
• Create, maintain, and enforce Occupational Health and Safety protocols to protect employees and the public.
• Train staff on safety procedures and ensure compliance with industrial safety policies and regulations.
• Lead the industrial safety committee and oversee regulatory compliance.

Salary:

RD$ 45,000.00 (plus 10% adjustment based on performance indicators)

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
• Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM
