Ingenious DR seeks a highly skilled Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while effectively collecting outstanding and aged account balances.

You will document all collection activity, maintain organized records, and promptly respond to inquiries from relevant parties. Your goal will be to ensure the quality, integrity, and proper execution of assigned tasks, adhering to all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations at local, state, and federal levels.

Your focus will be on maintaining satisfactory levels of productivity across all assigned accounts, efficiently utilizing processes and client systems to maximize effectiveness. You will also record and maintain complete and accurate documentation of all activities.

Analyze data to identify trends and present areas of focus for informed decision-making and strategic planning. Finally, you will respond to and follow up on all inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
