This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide administrative support for the organization's compensation, benefits, recognition, and wellness programs. With a focus on merit programs, bonus programs, salary survey responses, job evaluations, retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, and disability insurance, milestone and other recognition programs, this role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset.
Responsibilities- Compensation Program Support: Participate in salary surveys to gather labor market data, perform job evaluations, and make recommendations for job grading, participation in bonus programs, and base salary offerings.
- Benefits Program Support: Maintain current program documentation, meet filing deadlines, ensure compliance with regulations, work with outside vendors, establish communication plans, and provide support to employees with benefit-related issues.
- Total Rewards Program Support: Support the broader Total Rewards team in total rewards programs including recognition and wellness initiatives.
This role requires a 4-year degree or equivalent, 3+ years of Human Resources experience, advanced Excel skills, and strong analytical skills, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail. In-depth knowledge of benefit plans and regulations is essential, along with the ability to use independent judgment and make decisions. Strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent customer service skills, and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products are also required.
Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
