At Hired Experts, we're seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Expert to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring, inspecting, and proposing measures to correct or improve our organization's final products in order to meet established quality standards.

Objectives of this Role:
  • Interpret, build upon, and comply with company quality assurance standards.
  • Maintain complaint and nonconformance processing through records and tracking systems, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools, as well as superb computer skills, including database management. They will also possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and deliverables. You will also assist operations by tracking, documenting, and reporting quality levels as well as CSR, environmental, and health and safety KPIs.
