We are looking for a highly skilled CCTV Monitoring Specialist to join our team at RPM BPO. As a Security CCTV Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our office in Los Prados.

This is an on-site position that requires a 40-hour workweek. The available schedule is from 10pm to 6am Central Time, which translates to Midnight to 08am Dominican Time.

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring live security camera feeds and responding to escalated incidents according to the company's protocol. You will also utilize software to assist with your tasks.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring live security camera feeds
  • Responding to escalated incidents according to the company's protocol
  • Utilizing audio, notifying police and guards
  • Using good judgment
  • Assisting with overflow review of potential crimes/threats and escalating as needed

This position requires:

  • B2+ English (good written and verbal)
  • Good attention to detail
  • Ability to make good judgment
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Background check

We will provide a transportation allowance.
