Job Overview:
SPI by Jostens seeks a skilled Talent Acquisition and Development Specialist to lead the development, implementation, and monitoring of training and development programs, recruitment processes, and employee induction activities. This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive training and development plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Lead the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
  • Maintain accurate records of training programs, employee performance, and recruitment metrics.

Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in recruitment and talent management.
  • Technical expertise in recruitment software and HR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
