About the Role

Hire Smart Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Bookkeeping Agent to join our team. As a Customer Service Representative with QuickBooks Experience, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and assistance to clients in managing their financial data.

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in QuickBooks and accounting software, as well as strong communication and problem-solving skills. Your ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines will be crucial in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide bilingual support to clients: Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  2. Assist with QuickBooks setup and usage: Help clients set up and use QuickBooks software.
  3. Troubleshoot QuickBooks issues: Identify and resolve problems with QuickBooks software.
  4. Train clients on QuickBooks usage: Educate clients on best practices for using QuickBooks software.
  5. Maintain accurate records: Keep track of client interactions and solutions provided.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
