Responsibilities:
  1. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Santiago. The Recruiter will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
  2. This role will focus on attracting top talent to support our growing operations in the Dominican Republic.
  3. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
