Claims Resolution Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a claims resolution expert. In this role, you will be responsible for handling insurance claims and providing exceptional customer service.

Job Description:

• Document all relevant information regarding each claim
• Review inspection methods with customers and ensure their understanding
• Analyze insurance coverage based on policy details
• Communicate potential red flags to file handlers and team leads
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism
• Perform other duties assigned by management

Requirements:

• No prior insurance experience is necessary
• C1 or better English proficiency level (written and spoken)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
