Thought Focus is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Chief of Staff and CEO in a dynamic environment. This key role offers opportunities for career growth and requires strong organizational and communication skills.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will assist with calendar management, event planning, editorial review, presentation creation, special initiatives, and data reporting using Excel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate senior leadership schedules, handling conflicts and prioritizing meetings.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, retreats, and client engagements.
  • Review documents and help create impactful presentations.
  • Support special projects and track progress.
  • Provide data analysis and reporting on organizational metrics.

Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in an executive assistant or administrative role, a Bachelor's degree, and proficiency in calendar management tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
