Our ideal candidate will provide assistance to clients in managing financial data, troubleshooting QuickBooks issues, and delivering exceptional customer service in English.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide bilingual support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with QuickBooks setup, usage, and troubleshooting.
  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries regarding accounting software and financial processes.
  • Train and guide clients on best practices for QuickBooks usage.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Proven experience with QuickBooks and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Prior experience in customer service or technical support is a plus.
