Science Teaching Opportunity at Colegio Internacional SEK Las Américas

We seek a highly motivated and experienced educator to teach high school science courses.

Job Description:

This science teacher position involves developing and implementing engaging lesson plans, evaluating student progress, and fostering a love for science among students.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver high-quality science lessons, using a range of instructional strategies to meet diverse learning needs.
  • Assess student understanding and adjust instruction to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to promote a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Stay current with best practices in science education, applying new knowledge and techniques to enhance instruction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Science Education or a related field.
  • Teaching certification/licensure is preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A strong passion for teaching and learning, with a commitment to inspiring students to reach their full potential.
