Job Summary:

We are seeking an Order Management Representative to join our team. As a key member of our operations department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of Service Orders/Bridge Orders.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining strong communication with internal teams and Sales Reps. You will evaluate error messages and correct them using a computer system. Additionally, you will process Service Orders/Orders according to department guidelines and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain open communication channels with internal teams and Sales Reps.
  • Evaluate and correct error messages using a computer system.

Requirements:

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This role also offers opportunities for professional growth and development within our organization.
