Job Summary:

As a Bilingual Customer Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing bilingual support to clients via phone, email, and chat, assisting customers with QuickBooks setup, usage, and troubleshooting, training and guiding clients on best practices for QuickBooks usage, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to escalate complex issues. If you possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:
• Provide bilingual support to clients via phone, email, and chat, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of their inquiries.
• Assist customers with setting up, using, and troubleshooting QuickBooks, as well as managing and resolving customer inquiries regarding accounting software and financial processes.
• Train and guide clients on best practices for QuickBooks usage, including proper data entry, reconciliation, and reporting techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and solutions provided, enabling efficient issue escalation and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues, promoting seamless communication and problem-solving.

Requirements:
• Fluency in English is essential, as you will be communicating with clients and colleagues in this language.
• Proven experience with QuickBooks and accounting software is mandatory, with a strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping concepts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required to effectively interact with customers, resolve issues, and provide guidance on QuickBooks usage.
