Your Role

As our Architectural Project Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our construction projects, working closely with our team and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion of construction projects.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and engineers to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Manage and coordinate resources effectively, ensuring efficient use of materials and labor.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues promptly, and ensure compliance with safety protocols.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Proficient in project management software, including AutoCad, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Project.
