Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for managing the General Manager's agenda, coordinating strategic meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for international clients and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the General Manager's schedule and coordinate high-level meetings
- Serve as the key liaison with international clients and suppliers, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise
- Provide administrative support in areas such as order management, billing, and logistics
- Translate key documents, reports, and communications from English to Spanish
- Supervise administrative processes and collaborate with the HR department on various projects
- Support sales and digital marketing strategies, contributing to the development of new business opportunities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Business, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Native or advanced command of English and Spanish (oral and written)
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software
- Immediate availability
