We're seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in the Dominican Republic. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you'll play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization by attracting, developing, and retaining top talent.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires. You'll work closely with hiring managers to develop effective strategies for filling various roles within our contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to support our growing operations in the Dominican Republic. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for various roles within the contact center, including customer service representatives, technical support, and other operational and administrative positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify candidates who meet the required qualifications.
- Conduct phone screenings and in-person interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide feedback to candidates.
- Conduct background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into the company.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in a high-volume environment such as a contact center or staffing agency.
- Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws in the Dominican Republic.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
