10+ years of experience in analyst or business management roles.
7+ years in the wireless industry, focusing on sales, operations, technical operations, or customer care.
7+ years as a Salesforce Admin/Developer with expertise in SalesCloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, automation, SOQL, and Apex.
Relevant Salesforce certifications, including Salesforce Administrator, Platform Developer I & II, JavaScript Developer I, Application Architect, and Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect.
