Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service to all visitors and callers
- Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries promptly and professionally
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Requirements:

- Valid Dominican ID (Cedula)
- Previous experience in Customer Service or as a receptionist
- Proficiency in English (Intermediate B1-B2) spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multitasking environment
