Key Responsibilities

• Provide patient care, rehabilitation services, and home care services to our patients
• Develop and implement treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor patient progress
• Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure quality care

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Medicine and Physical Therapy skillsExperience in Rehabilitation and Patient CareHome Care services expertiseExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a teamStrong problem-solving abilitiesLicensure as a Physical TherapistAdvanced degree in Physical Therapy or related field
