Job Description:
Aztex Enterprises is a leading promotional product distributor in North America, seeking an experienced Graphic Production Artist to join our team. This full-time role offers a competitive salary range of $62,500 - $82,500 per year, based on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will possess strong graphic design skills, particularly in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), as well as excellent time management and organizational abilities to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
• Produce high-quality graphic designs and production-ready art for marketing materials, utilizing expertise in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and maintain consistency in design standards.
• Develop and implement effective workflow processes to streamline production and improve productivity.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design/production art, preferably in a marketing materials or branding capacity.
• College degree - An Associate's degree or higher preferred.
• High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational skills to meet project deadlines.

Bonus Requirements:
• Familiarity with pre-press production-ready art and various printing processes (digital, screen, offset).
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design and production art experience for print or web applications.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English.
