  • Receiving and processing cash deposits in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Paying losses and ensuring their timely delivery to the sales and service representatives.
  • Making random calls to agencies to verify the delivery of losses.
  • Maintaining a precise and detailed record of all payments and transactions.
  • Collaborating closely with other teams to ensure smooth processes.
